Arrests — Wednesday

• Margarita Doeg, 50, was arrested on a warrant.

• Wendy Millikan, 33, was arrested for operating while under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Yvonne Aguilera, 36, was arrested for driving while license is under suspension.

• Jovana Nunez, 19, was arrested for violation of a no contact order.

• Scott Mills, Jr., 26, was arrested for failure to provide proof of financial liability, driving while license is denied, suspended, canceled or revoked and driving while barred.

• Antonio Villa-Magana, 28, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

• Jimmy Austgen, 52, was arrested for third-degree theft.

Incidents

• Second-degree theft of a motor vehicle was reported on the 500 block of East Main Street.

Marshall County Courthouse

• A preliminary hearing for Scott Edward Mills, Jr., was scheduled for April 19. He faces a charge of driving while barred.

• A public defender was appointed for Adonis Blake Lasley who is charged with reckless driving, failure to maintain control, interference with official acts and operating while under the influence.

• A public defender was appointed for Antonio Villa Magana who is charged with possession of a controlled substance.

• A public defender was appointed for Jimmy Allen Austgen who is charged with third-degree burglary.

• A public defender was appointed for Rugemeka Sankara who is charged with operating while under the influence and possession of marijuana.

• A public defender was appointed for Seth James Gummert who is charged with possession of marijuana, interference with official acts, possession of drug paraphernalia, operation without a registration card or plate and failure to provide proof of financial liability.

• A May 5 pretrial conference was set for Nathanael Alfred Sletten who is charged with disorderly conduct, interference with official acts and public intoxication.

• A warrant was issued for Shawn Adam Wolf who is charged with first-degree harassment.

• An April 9 contempt hearing was set for David Patrick Garrett.

• A pretrial conference was set for April 14 for Michael John Naumann who is charged with domestic abuse assault and obstruction of emergency communications.

• A pretrial conference was held for Mark Christopher Judge who is charged with interference with official acts.

• An April 14 pretrial conference was set for Steven James Hayden who is charged with fifth-degree theft.

• A non-jury trial was set for May 21 for Jessica Lynn Starn who is charged with fifth-degree theft.

• A pretrial conference of Sept. 29 was set for David Jo Gary Blaylock who is charged with failure to comply with safety regulation rules.
