• Robert Dimit, 24, of Grinnell, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine.

• A warrant was served for Robert Vladislav Dimit for possession of methamphetamine.
• A public defender was appointed for Maria Fabiola Nunez Hernandez who is charged with violating a one-way traffic designation, operating while under the influence and eluding.
• A public defender was appointed for Salvador Magana who is charged with driving while license is suspended, violating a one-way traffic designation and failure to provide proof of financial liability.
• An April 26 preliminary hearing was set for Brian Todd Forkey is who charged with second offense operating while under the influence and improper rear lamps.
• An initial appearance was set for April 16 for Rayna Cazares who is charged with a compulsory education violation.
• An initial appearance was set for April 16 for Monica Garcia who is charged with a compulsory education violation.
• An initial appearance was set for April 26 for Rafaela Monge who is charged with a compulsory education violation.
• A motion for continuance was denied for Joseph David Van Gorp failed to appear in court. He is charged with operation without registration card or plate.
• Dion Lee Knapp pleaded guilty to domestic abuse assault.
