• Raul Rodriguez Gonzalez, 36, was arrested for domestic abuse assault.

• Terry Jordan, 49, was arrested on a warrant.

• Rashaun Redhouse, 23, was arrested for violating a no contact order.

• Khu Aung, 36, was arrested for public intoxication.

• Adrian Lizarde, 31, was arrested for domestic abuse assault.

• Ryan Carmer, 19, was arrested on a warrant.

• Cara Gwinn, 30, was arrested for operating while under the influence.

Incidents

• First-degree theft was reported on the 900 block of South Second Street.

Arrests

• Michael Maniriho, 29, of Des Moines, was arrested for no valid drivers license, operating while under the influence, speeding, no valid commercial drivers license, operating a non-registered vehicle and failure to provide proof of financial liability.

• AC Phaymone Cavan, 34, of Des Moines, was arrested for third-degree theft.

• Maria Fabiola Nunez Hernandez, 26, of Marshalltown, was arrested for eluding, operating while under the influence and violating a one-way traffic designation.

• Jordy Mendez-Gonzalez, 18, of Osceola, was arrested on a conspiracy to commit a non-forcible felony and second-degree theft.

• Quentin Tyme Hafner, 24, of Marshalltown, was arrested for probation violation, interference with official acts and possession of drug paraphernalia.
