• Brianna Zeka, 19, was arrested for fifth-degree theft.

• Annika Lyssa Shabaiash Aaenson, 21, of Marshalltown, was arrested for fourth-degree larceny.

• Omar Alejandro Cruz, 29, of Marshalltown, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and parole violation.

• Taven Christopher Campbell, 21, of Marshalltown, was arrested for permitting an unauthorized minor to drive.
