• A no contact order was issued against Shawn Adam Wolf at his initial appearance for a charge of first-degree harassment, third-degree harassment and violating a no contact order. A pretrial conference is set for June 9.

• A no contact order was issued for Jose Alberto Torres Fuentes at his initial appearance for a charge of first-degree harassment.

• A May 12 preliminary hearing was scheduled for Jonathan William Fletcher who is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, interference with official acts and violating a no contact order. Another no contact order was also issued against Fletcher.

• Sher Ni made an initial appearance for a contempt charge.

• A no contact order was issued against Natasha Lynn Ray who is charged with domestic abuse assault. A preliminary hearing is set for May 7.

• Ivan Rodriguez Jimenez was appointed a public defender for charges of obstruction of emergency communications and domestic abuse assault.

• A public defender was appointed for Zack Campton. He is charged with contempt and domestic abuse assault.

• A June 30 pretrial conference was set for Maria Cecilia Perez who is charged with dog at large.

• A preliminary hearing was set for May 14 for Jason Earl Dengler. He is charged with fourth-degree theft.

• A preliminary hearing was set for May 21 for Stacey Mitchell Washington, Jr. who is charged with driving while barred.

• A case of failure to provide proof of financial liability was dismissed against Victor Ernest Hernandez Moreno.

• A case of failure to obey a stop sign and yield to the right of way was dismissed against Augustas Ambrizas.

• Leandrew Brink, Jr. was found guilty of speeding and failure to provide proof of financial liability after failing to appear in court.

• A June 9 pretrial conference was scheduled for Vy Lan who is charged with failure to provide proof of financial liability and causing damage to a vehicle.

• Christopher James Anderson was found guilty of striking an unattended vehicle after he failed to appear in court.

• A pretrial conference was scheduled for June 9 for Blaine Micheal Gentry who is charged with failure to maintain control.

• A charge of domestic abuse assault against Steven Craig Kent was dismissed.

• An August 18 pretrial conference was set for Ernest Dewayne Johnson who is charged with interference with official acts.

• An August 18 pretrial conference was set for Clarence Cistile who is charged with assault.

A pretrial conference was scheduled for July 28 for Derek J. Hutchinson. He is charged with interference with official acts.

• A pretrial conference was set for June 9 for Debra Elaine Armstrong. She is charged with tampering with a motor vehicle.

• A non-jury trial was set for June 28 for Zackary Allen Eggers. He is charged with fifth-degree theft.

• A June 9 pretrial conference is scheduled for Jack Allen Eggers who is charged with assault.

• A June 9 pretrial conference is scheduled for Steven James Hayden who is charged with fifth-degree theft.

• A May 21 non-jury trial date was set for David Gomez, Jr. He is charged with interference with official acts, fifth-degree criminal mischief and driving while license is suspended, denied, canceled or revoked.

• Jesus Christian Morales was found guilty of driving while license is suspended, denied, canceled or revoked after he failed to appear in court.

• An August 18 pretrial conference was set for Darryl Glenn Watson. He is charged with domestic abuse assault.

Arrests — Tuesday

• Jose Alberto Torres-Fuentes, 48, was arrested for first degree harassment, domestic abuse – assault, injury or mental stress and violation of a no contact or protective order.

• Zack Ryan Campton, 31, was arrested for contempt, resisting order or process of a district court.

• Jonathon WIlliam Fletcher, 38, was arrested on warrant, interference with official acts, violation of no contact or protective order, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine.
