• On Monday, a case of vandalism to property was reported in the 400 block of South Center Street.

• On Monday, a case of vandalism to property was reported in the 200 block of North Third Avenue.

Arrests

• On Tuesday, Robert Kelly III, 48, was arrested for interference with official acts, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance-second offense and possession of marijuana-second offense.

• On Monday, Josephine Estrada-Duenas, 54, was arrested for harassment-second degree-threatening bodily injury.
