• Rachel Lynn Wilson made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Wilson pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Zulma Yaneth Mejia Jimenez made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-first offense charge and a leaving the scene of an accident charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Dec. 8. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered.
• Melissa Marie Bougher made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-first offense charge and a driving under suspension charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Dec. 6. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered.
• Brittany Renae Williams made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-first offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Dec. 10. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered.
• John Henry Walker made an initial appearance on two counts of a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. The public defender’s office will continue as counsel. The contempt hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Dec. 6. Bond is set at $1,000 cash. A gun rights prohibition has been ordered. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Sarah Rochelle Desautels made an initial appearance on a failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way charge. Desautels pleaded guilty and the fine is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25.
• Linda Michelle Einsmann made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. Einsmann pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Emma Poffenberger made an initial appearance on two counts of a possession of marijuana-first offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Dec. 3. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered.

• On Sunday, a hit and run accident involving property damage only was reported in the 400 block of West Main Street.
• On Saturday, a case of vandalism to property was reported in the 100 block of East Olive Street.
• On Saturday, a theft was reported in the 1200 block of East Nevada Street.
• On Friday, a case of vandalism to property involving graffiti was reported in the 1100 block of West Boone Street.
• On Friday, a case of vandalism to property involving graffiti was reported in the 400 block of North Second Street.
