• Mark Anthony Soard Jr. made an initial appearance on three counts of a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearings will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety.
• Skyler Jerome Johnson made an initial appearance on three counts of a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearings is scheduled for 10 a.m. on April 12. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.
• Jesus Javier Romero made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Romero pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Dionte Bryant Trimble made an initial appearance on a pre-trial release violation charge. Pre-trial release is revoked. Bond is set at $1,000 cash.
• Raymond Ordaz Avalos Jr. made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a no insurance charge and an operation without registration charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on April 27 in Magistrate Court.

• On Thursday, a burglary was reported to the Marshalltown Police Station.
• On Thursday, a theft from a building valued between $1,500 – $10,000 was reported in the 400 block of South Third Street.
Arrests
• On Friday, Jesus Romero, 27, was arrested for public intoxication-first offense.
• On Thursday, Mattea Harris Rodriguez, 20, was arrested for possession of marijuana-first offense.
• On Thursday, eremiah Gummert, 38, was arrested on a warrant.
