• Amanda Jean Riley made an initial appearance on two counts of a failure to appear for an initial appearance on a probation violation charge, a failure to appear on a domestic abuse assault-first offense charge and a pre-trial release violation charge. Taylor Reichardt is acting as counsel. The probation revocation hearings are set at 2:30 p.m. on April 11. Bond is set at $2,500 cash. The preliminary hearing on the domestic abuse assault is at 1 p.m. on April 6. Bond is set at $2,500 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party. Pre-trial release is revoked. Bond is set at $2,500 cash.
• Rian Ray Popejoy made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault charge and a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set at 1 p.m. on April 6. The contempt hearing is set at 9:30 a.m. on April 11. Bond is set at $5,000 cash. A gun rights prohibition is ordered in the new assault case along with a no-contact order for the protected party. A new no-contact order has been issued for the contempt case.
• Luke Andrew Farland made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-third or subsequent offense charge, a driving while barred charge, a driving under suspension charge and a no valid driver’s license charge. Farland will hire his own counsel. The preliminary hearing is set at 1 p.m. on April 15.
• Carlos Jaliel Davila Romero made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge and two counts of an interference with official acts charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on April 4. Bond is set at $3,000 cash.
• Clayton Kenneth Jensen made an initial appearance on a disorderly conduct charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Apri 13 in Magistrate Court.
• Richard Thomas Darrow made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus charge. Darrow pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Estefani Lopez Guido failed to make an initial appearance on a failure to obey a traffic control device charge, a no insurance charge and a driving under suspension charge and the court found her guilty on all charges. The fine on the traffic control device charge is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25. On the no insurance charge the fine is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75. The fine on the driving under suspension charge is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Jaime Chavarria made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on June 8 in Magistrate Court.
