• Jason Allen Smith 1st made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on April 7. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. A gun rights prohibition has been ordered. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Andrew Timothy Neuroth made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-first offense charge. Neuroth will hire his own counsel. The preliminary hearing is set at 1 p.m. on April 15. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Alyssa Shyann Lincoln made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a fraudulent use of registration charge and a providing false identification information charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on April 15.
