• Cole Blake Purdy made an initial appearance on three violation of probation charges. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearings are scheduled for 2 p.m. on June 8. Bond is set at $15,000 cash only.
• Wilondja Amisi made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge and a driving on the wrong side of the road charge. Chris Clausen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing has been waived.
• Kanishia Marie Clapsaddle made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on May 31. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• A 13-year-old female made an initial appearance on a curfew violation charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on June 15 in Magistrate Court.
• Alexis Marie Delgadillo made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Delgadillo pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Justin Fredrick Chandonia made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge and a driving under suspension charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on May 31.
