• Leonel David Ocasio Rivera made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge, a fraudulent use of registration charge and a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on May 25 in Magistrate Court

• Karma Jade Monk made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Nicholas Pilcher is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. on May 19. Monk is released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services.

• Jerome Marquez Lang made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Lang will hire his own counsel. The contempt hearing is set for 3:30 p.m. on May 11. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Lexi Anne Lynch made an initial appearance on a pre-trial release violation. Pre-trial release is revoked. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.

Lynch made an initial appearance on new charges of possession with the intent to deliver, failure to affix a drug tax stamp violation, operating without the owner’s consent and driving under suspension. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. on May 6. Bond is set at $30,000 cash.

Lynch also appeared on two probation violation charges. The probation revocation hearing is set at 10:30 a.m. on May 13.

• Victor Carrillo Jr. made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for an arraignment hearing charge. The arraignment is rescheduled for 1 p.m. on May 10. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety.

• Brennan Cole Johnson made an initial appearance on a pre-trial release violation charge. Pre-trial release is revoked. Bond is set at $33,000 for all cases.

• Brock Michael Casady made an initial appearance on two pre-trial release violation charges. Both pre-trial releases were revoked. Bond is set at $25,000 cash or surety total.

• Brittany Precious Thrift made an initial appearance on a burglary-third degree charge. Taylor Reichardt is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on May 9. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.

• Horace Wallace made an initial appearance on three counts of a probation violation charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearings are set at 3 p.m. on May 11. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety for each charge.

• Gustavo Adolfo Nava made an initial appearance on a theft-second degree charge and two counts of a forgery charge. Meegan Keller is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on May 9. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.

• Guy Richard Bown made an initial appearance on two counts of a possession of a controlled substance charge, a keeping a vehicle or residence for the purpose of using or selling controlled substances charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Aron Vaughn is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. on May 9. Bond is set at $7,000 cash or surety.

• Dagoberto Camarena Rodriguez made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver charge and a failure to affix a drug tax stamp charge. Meegan Keller is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. on May 9. Bond is set at $25,000 cash.

• Luis Antonio Cabrera Heredia made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver charge and a failure to affix a drug tax stamp charge. Justin Deppe is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set at 1 p.m. on May 9. Bond is set at $30,000 cash.

• Sergio Castellanos Avalos made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance with the intent ot deliver charge and a failure to affix a drug tax stamp charge. Chris Clausen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. on May 9. Bond is set at $30,000 cash.

• Anissa Kayrie Irwin made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. Joel Waters is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set at 2 p.m. on May 11. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.

• Antonio Casarez Jr. made an initial appearance on a pre-trial release violation charge. Pre-trial release is revoked. Bond is set at $5,000 cash .

• Jose Roberto Zaragoza made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Zaragoza pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Madison Taylor Moss made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus charge. Moss pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Luis Delgadillo made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 15 in Magistrate Court.

• Melissa Hernandez made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus charge. Hernandez pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Brian Osburn made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus charge. Osburn pleaded guilty and the fine is $110 with a $16.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $186.50.

• Mathew Hay Cook made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. Chris Clausen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. on May 19.
