• Mohrgon Sage Wells Marquez made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on June 21.

• Tyler Scott Kinkade made an failed to make an initial appearance on a violation of pre-trial release charge. The pre-trial release is revoked. Bond is set at $1,000 cash. A warrant was issued.

• Damien Scott Ryan Ritter made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set at 1 p.m. on June 8.

• Dominick Francis Laurie made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance charge, an assault charge, an interference with official acts charge and a disorderly conduct charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on June 27. Bond is set at $10,000 cash.

• Marc Christopher Plettenberg made an initial appearance on an interference with official acts charge, a failure to yield to an emergency vehicle charge and a voluntary absence from custody charge. Pletttenberg pleaded guilty to the interference with official acts charge and the failure to yield to an emergency vehicle charge. On the interference charge the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the failure to yield charge is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 ion court costs for a total of $210.25.

Nikolas Pilcher is appointed as counsel on the voluntary absence charge. The preliminary hearing is set at 1 p.m. on May 27. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.

• Emanuel Alvarez made an initial appearance on a spitting in a police car charge and a public intoxication charge. Alvarez pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on both charges is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75 for each charge.
