• Jesse James Johnson made an initial appearance on a sexual exploitation of a minor charge, a prostitution charge, a dissemination and exhibition of obscene material to a minor charge and a purchase/possess depiction of minor in sex act-first offense charge. • Ivan Cordova made an initial appearance on an assault causing bodily injury or mental illness charge. Meegan Keller is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on June 3. Bond is set at $1,000 cash.

• Emmanule Jerome Dailey made an initial appearance on an assault charge and an interference with official acts charge. Joel Waters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on June 3. Bond is set at $1,000 cash.

• Skyler Jerome Johnson made an initial appearance on three counts of a probation violation charge, a possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver charge, a failure to affix a drug tax stamp charge, an absence from custody charge and a providing a false identification information charge. The public defender’s office is appointed for all charges. The initial appearance for the absence from custody, false identification information, possession with intent and the drug tax stamp charges is 1 p.m. on June 3. The probation revocation hearings is set for 2 p.m. on June 10. Bond for all charges is $15,000 cash. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Andrew Andres Carrillo made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance-second offense charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on June 13. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Mark Christopher Judge made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge. Judge pleaded guilty and the fine is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75. Judge was also seen on a driving under suspension charge to which he pleaded guilty. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Richard Marvin Faupel made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge. Faupel pleaded guilty and the fine is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75. Faupel was also seen on a failure to maintain or use safety belts charge and a driving under suspension charge. Faupel pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the seatbelt charge is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50. The fine for driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Jose Alberto Torres Fuentes made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Torres Fuentes pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Shalane Lee Ironshield made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 13 in Magistrate Court.

• Ricardo Tavera Nunez made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 13 in Magistrate Court.
