Court — Tuesday
• Angela Jean Dunbar made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana charge and a theft-second degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing on the theft charge is at 1 p.m. on June 17. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. The preliminary hearing on the marijuana charge is scheduled for 1 p.m. on June 27. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Jessica Annmarie Funmaker made an initial appearance on a sniffing glue charge and an interference with official acts charge. Funmaker pleaded guilty to the sniffing glue charge and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for the interference charge at 9:30 a.m. on July 13 in Magistrate Court.
• Aaron Christopher Norem made an initial appearance on an assault causing bodily injury charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. on June 17. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Jeremy Lee Burnett made an initial appearance on three counts of failure to appear for a sentencing hearing charge. The sentencing hearings are rescheduled for 2:30 p.m. on June 28. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.

• Erick Alejandro Laguna Tafolla made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-third or subsequent offense charge, a driving while barred charge, a reckless driving charge and a speeding charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set at 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 9 with the jury trial scheduled for 9 a.m. on Sept. 22. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
