• Willie Dametric Dale made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Jeff Hazen will continue as counsel. The contempt hearing is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 12. Bond is set at $2,000 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Abel Enriquez Jr. made an initial appearance on a failure to file a written arraignment charge. Taylor Reichardt will continue as counsel. The arraignment hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Aug. 4. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.
ª Justin Chlupach made an initial appearance on a made an initial appearance on a domestica abuse assault charge. The preliminary hearing is set at 1 p.m. on Aug. 17. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Chase Marcus Brown made an initial appearance on a willful injury charge and a domestic abuse assault charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Aug. 5. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Emily Frances Youngbear Brown made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge and a driving under suspension charge. Youngbear Brown pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the no insurance charge is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
