• David Loranzo Peppers made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge and an interference with official acts charge. Taylor Reichardt is representing Peppers in this case. A contempt hearing is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. on Aug. 24. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Carlos Alberto Torres Tapia made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Torres Tapia pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Arisbeth Castillo made an initial appearance on a failure to obey a traffic control device charge, two counts of a driving under suspension charge and a leaving the scene of an accident charge. A pre-trial conference is set at 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 14 in Magistrate Court.

• Christie Janel Kapayou made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge and a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 14 in Magistrate Court.

• Regina Alyssa Pappas made an initial appearance on two counts of a forgery charge, two counts of an identity theft charge and a theft-third degree charge. Aron Vaughn is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Sept. 2.

• Molly Marie Calkins made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Calkins pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• On Sunday, Aug. 14, David Peppers, 54, was arrested for contempt of court/violation of a no-contact order and interference with official acts.

• On Sunday, Aug. 14, Cheyenne Johnson, 22, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Sunday, Aug. 14, Brice Rau, 52, was arrested for indecent exposure to another not a child, indecent exposure in front of a child and harassment-third degree-personal contact.

• On Saturday, Aug. 13, Jessica Tinius, 32, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Saturday, Aug. 13, Joshua Bachman, 39, was arrested for interference with official acts and assault causing bodily injury or mental illness-no intent.

• On Saturday, Aug. 13, Ismael Canhonga, 24, was arrested for failure to use headlights, driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended, possession of drug paraphernalia and on a warrant.

• On Saturday, Aug. 13, Johnathan Rodriguez, 38, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Friday, Aug. 12, Melissa Birch, 43, was arrested for contempt of court/violation of a no-contact order and on a warrant.

• On Friday, Aug. 12, Andrew Skidmore, 30, was arrested for forgery and theft-fifth degree.

• On Friday, Aug. 12, Bobbi Roberts, 39, was arrested for dog at large.
