• David Enrique Torres made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Sept. 8. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Dominick Dain Russell made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Russell pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• David Loranzo Peppers made an initial appearance on a pre-trial release violation. Pre-trial release revoked. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.

• Bradley Albert Moeller made an initial appearance on a no registration card charge and a driving under suspension charge. Moeller pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the registration charge is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Jordan Scott Parker failed to make an appearance on two counts of a dog at large charge. The court found him guilty on both counts. The fine is $210 with a $31.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $301.50.

• Jayrin Valentine Papakee made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Papakee pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
