• Desiree Leah Carmer made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. on Oct. 6.

• Andrew Paul Haus made an initial appearance on a disorderly conduct charge and a dog at large charge. Haus pleaded guilty to both charges and the fines are $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75 for each charge.

• Christopher Duane Petersen made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a operating a non-registered vehicle charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 19 in Magistrate Court.

• Mariela Tellez made an initial appearance on a rabies vaccination violation charge. Tellez pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Lauterio Corral Jr. made an initial appearance on a leaving the scene of an accident charge. Corral pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Refugio Gonzalez made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. Gonzalez will hire his own counsel. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 3 p.m. on Oct. 26. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.

• Liam Jay Ehrecke made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. A pre-trial conference is set at 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 19 in Magistrate Court.

• Adrianna Lynn Orozco Palmarez failed to make an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and the court found her guilty. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
