Sept. 29

• Antonio Lavell Lewis made an initial appearance on four counts of a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Mark Olberding will continue as counsel. A pre-trial conference is scheduled at 10:15 a.m.

• Austin Allen McDanniel made an initial appearance on a trespass charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. McDanniel pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the trespass charge is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $354. The fine on the possession of drug paraphernalia is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Dean Allen Oziah Jr. made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance charge and a trespass charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Oct. 19. Oziah is released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office and sign a pre-trial release agreement.

• Lance Eugene Gibson made an initial appearance on three probation violation charges. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearings are set at 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 19. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.
