• On Monday, Nov. 21, Juan Velazco Jr., was arrested for criminal mischief-fourth degree.
• On Sunday, Nov. 20, Susan Holm, 61, was arrested for operating while under the influence-first offense.
• On Sunday, Nov. 20, Joshua Patterson, 38, was arrested for theft-fifth degree.
• On Sunday, Nov. 20, Armando Perez-Galvez, 25, was arrested for driving while barred-habitual offender and on a warrant.
• On Sunday, Nov. 20, Joel Vargas Rosas, 23, was arrested for driving while barred-habitual offender.
• On Sunday, Nov. 20, Juan Lopez Arredondo, 23, was arrested for domestic abuse assault-first offense-causing bodily injury.
• On Saturday, Nov. 19, Yannely Pena, 22, was arrested for possession of marijuana-first offense.
• On Saturday, Nov. 19, Victor Hernandez Moreno, 22, was arrested for violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court.

Accidents
• On Friday, Nov. 18, a pickup driven by Kraig Alan Miller, 40, of Marshalltown, was southwest bound on Highway 330 when it struck a deer that entered the roadway traveling from west to east resulting in disabling damage. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Miller pickup was estimated at $6,500.
• On Thursday, Nov. 17, a car driven by David Matthew Carpenter, 38, of Marshalltown, was eastbound on Marshalltown Boulevard when it struck a deer that entered the roadway from the south ditch. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Carpenter car was estimated at $5,000.
