• Jesse J. Albee made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 21.
• Rickie Lee Horney made an initial appearance on a trespass-first offense charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 7 in Magistrate Court.
• Carla Marie Foster made an initial appearance on a burglary-third degree charge, a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. Marshon Dubbert is appointed as counsel on the burglary charge. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 21. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 22, 2023 in Magistrate Court for the other two charges.
• Jose Luis Nolasco failed to make an appearance on a speeding charge, a driving under suspension charge and a no insurance charge. Nolasco was found guilty on all charges. The fine for speeding is $120 with an $18 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $193. The fine on the no insurance charge is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Nyonbiah Taryon failed to make an appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a speeding charge and an operation of a non-registered vehicle charge. The court found him guilty of all charges. The fine on the driving under suspension charge is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the speeding charge is $30 with a $4.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $89.50. The fine on operating a non-registered vehicle is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50.
• Bu Reh made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a no insurance charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 18, 2023, in Magistrate Court.
• Braulio Moreno made an initial appearance on a possession lof drug paraphernalia charge and a speeding charge. Moreno pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the possession of drug paraphernalia is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75. The fine for speeding is $30 with a $4.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $89.50.
• Jose Luis Avalos Lopez made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. Avalos Lopez will hire his own counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 22.
• Ashlyn Kenna Moore made an initial appearance on a speeding charge. Moore pleaded guilty and the fine is $30 with a $4.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $89.50.
• Angel Marie White made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. White pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
