• Jeremy Lewis Peerenboom made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge and a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 2 p.m. on Feb. 22. The contempt hearing is set for 11:30 a.m. on Feb. 1. Peerenboom is being held without bond.

• Dean Allen Oziah made an initial appearance on a trespass-first offense charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Oziah pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the trespass charge is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $354. The fine on the drug paraphernalia charge is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Fabiola Nunez Cabrera made an initial appearance on a no insurance-accident charge, a careless driving charge, a driving under suspension charge, an open container charge, a failure to maintain control charge and an operation without registration charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 8 in Magistrate Court.

• Daniel Charles Knapp made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a plea hearing charge. Ted Fisher will continue as counsel. The plea hearing is rescheduled for 11:55 a.m. on Feb. 1. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.

• Dustin Eugene Pherigo made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge and a driving under suspension charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 10.

• Micheal Eugene Fulkerson made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge, an operation without registration charge and a driving under suspension charge. Fulkerson pleaded guilty to all charges. The fine on the no insurance is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75. The fine on the operation without registration is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50. The fine on the driving under suspension id $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Michaela Requel Martindale/Anderson made an initial on a failure to appear for an arraignment charge and a failure to appear for a contempt hearing charge. The arraignment hearing is rescheduled for 9:15 a.m. on Feb. 1. The contempt hearing is rescheduled for 2 p.m. on Feb. 15.

• Ian Thomas Decker made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 15 in Magistrate Court.

• Jennifer Frese appeared for Sinthia Anguiano Luna on a theft-third degree charge. The preliminary hearing is waived.

• Miles Richard Riepe made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Riepe pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• On Sunday, Jan. 22, Shaun Olson, 38, was arrested for operating while under the influence-first offense and failure to maintain control.

• On Friday, Jan. 20, a burglary was reported in Rhodes involving the theft of a portable generator. The theft was valued at $1,189.
