• Michael Edward Eber Hoover made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and an interference with official acts charge. Hoover pleaded guilty to both charges and the fine is $365 with a $54.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $479.75.
• Emmanule Jerome Dailey made an initial appearance on three counts of a violation of probation charge and an absence from custody charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set at 9 a.m. on March 29. The preliminary hearing for the absence charge is at 9:30 a.m. on March 9. No bond is being allowed.
• Jordan Scott Parker made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference charge. The pre-trial conference is rescheduled for 9 a.m. on March 17 with the jury trial rescheduled for 9 a.m. on March 30. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.
• Alexander Michael Schank made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Schank is being held without bond.
• Joshua Allen Bendickson made an initial appearance on a voluntary absence from custody charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on March 9. Bendickson is being held without bond.
• Kayla Elizabeth Ocampo made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge and a driving under suspension charge. Ocampo pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the no insurance charge is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Malissa Ann Desaussure failed to make an appearance on a driving under suspension charge and the court found her guilty. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• John Curtis Mills failed to make an appearance on a driving under suspension charge and the court found him guilty. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• On Tuesday, Feb. 28, Lynnette Rasmussen,, 22, was arrested for assault with intent to inflict serious injury, child endangerment- substantial risk and domestic abuse assault-strangulation.
• On Tuesday, Feb. 28, Jordan Parker, 28, was arrested on a warrant.
