• Heather Lynn Freland made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a theft-second degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. on April 4. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.

• Andrea Josephine Thompson made an initial appearance on three counts of a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The District Associate Court will schedule the probation revocation hearings. Bond is set at $6,000 cash or surety.

• Anthony Antonio Anderson made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing is set for 11 a.m. on April 3. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.

• Clayton Jay Eubanks made an initial appearance on a violation of restricted license charge, a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. A pre-trial conference is set at 9:30 a.m. on April 12 in Magistrate Court.

• Cristal Andrade Guevara made an initial appearance on a harassment-third degree charge. Nicholas Pilcher is appointed as counsel. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on April 12 in Magistrate Court. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Jody Elaine Gasca made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Gasca pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Robert Morgan made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. on April 11.

• Saphrona Marie Baker made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, an assault on a officer charge, an operating a non-registered vehicle charge, an open container charge, a no insurance charge, a driving under suspension charge, an improper brake light charge and an interference with official acts charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. on April 11.

• On Thursday, March 23, Anthony Anderson, 50, was arrested on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• On Thursday, March 23, Andrea Thompson, 31, was arrested on a warrant charging her with three counts of violation of probation.

• On Thursday, March 23, Rogelio Avalos Sanchez, 29, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, intent to manufacture or deliver methamphetamine and failure to affix a drug tax stamp.

• On Thursday, March 23, Malissa Desaussure, 42, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
