• Jeremy Joe Wyatt made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. on April 18. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.

• Ricky Dale Mayfield Jr. made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for an arraignment hearing charge. The arraignment hearing will be rescheduled by the District Associate Court.

• Anser Antes made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-second offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on April 14. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Jesus Ventura Carrasco made an initial appearance on a possession of methamphetamine charge, a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge and a pre-trial release violation charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 6. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

The contempt hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on April 10. Bond is set at $500 cash. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

Pre-trial release is revoked. Bond is set at $1,000 cash.

• Bradley Albert Moeller made an initial appearance on a warrant for failure to appear for a theft-fifth degree hearing and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge hearing. Taylor Reichardt is appointed as counsel on the theft charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on April 5 in Magistrate Court.

Moeller pleaded guilty to the drug paraphernalia charge and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Michael George Ford made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a providing false identification information charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on April 12 in Magistrate Court.
