• Victor Ordaz made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault charge. Taylor Reichardt is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. on April 28. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Clayton Smith made an initial appearance on a warrant. Smith’s appeal was denied in the domestic abuse assault displaying a dangerous weapon and harassment-first degree case. The court ordered that Smith serve the imposed sentence.
