• Amador Guevara made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on May 3 in Magistrate Court.
• Jesse William Jones made an initial appearance on two counts of a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 12 in Magistrate Court.
• Christian Louis Fisher made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Fisher pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Dreamson Repwak failed to make an appearance on a driving under suspension charge and an operating a non-registered vehicle charge. The court found Repwak guilty on both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the non-registered vehicle charge is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50.
• Byron Lloyd Barker failed to make an appearance on a driving under suspension charge. The court found him guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
