• Devon Howell made an appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus charge. Howell pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Pedro Torres Araiza made an initial appearance on a failure to stop in the assured, clear distance charge. Torres Araiza pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Michael Alejandro Chavarria made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 14 in Magistrate Court.
