• Chelsea Ann Peddle made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance-third or subsequent offense charge, a theft-third degree charge and an unlawful possession of prescription drugs charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 26. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Tamara Nahoolewa Lo made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault charge. Joel Waters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 7. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• August Tyna Wilson Norem made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 7 in Magistrate Court.

• Teima Singena made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Singena pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
