• Katherine Marie Garber mde an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge, a speeding charge, a no insurance charge and on a warrant for failure to appear for a pre-trial conference charge. On the driving while revoked, speeding and no insurance charges a preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on May 19. The pre-trial conference is rescheduled for 9 a.m. on May 5. Bond is set at $1,000 cash.

• Ramon Alexis Feliciano Nieves made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. The contempt hearing is set for 10:30 a.m. on May 15. Bond is set at $5,000 cash. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Shawn Michael Menne made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Menne pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Jasmin Alexandra Cabrera Garcia made an initial appearance on a failure to restrain a child charge and a driving under suspension charge. Cabrera Garcia pleaded guilty to both charges. On the child restraint charge the fine is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25. The fine on the driving under suspension charge is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Fernando Vargas made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 12 in Magistrate Court.

• Alesha Michelle Johnson made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on May 19.

• Ashley Jo Lively made an initial appearance on a child endangerment charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on May 19.

• On Sunday, April 30, Arisbeth, 26, was arrested for driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended and driving while barred-habitual offender.

• On Sunday, April 30, Jeffery Renken, 44, was arrested for possession of marijuana-first offense.

• On Sunday, April 30, Ramon Feliciano Nieves, 40, was arrested for contempt of court/violation of a no-contact order.

• On Sunday, April 30, Gustavo Carrillo-Saravia Jr., 23, was arrested for defective muffler, no insurance-no accident and operating while under the influence-first offense.

• On Sunday, April 30, Jomari Morales, 33, was arrested on a warrant.
