• Tesa Lynn Nichol made an initial appearance on a child endangerment charge and a domestic abuse assault-first offense charge. Joel Waters appeared as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on June 13. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Michael George Ford made an initial appearance on a trespass-first offense charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 14 in Magistrate Court.

• Malinda Cruz Bautista made an initial appearance on a trespass-first offense charge and on a warrant for trespass-first offense charge. Cruz Bautista pleaded guilty to both charges.
