• Cedano Devereauxe Jerr Thomas made an initial appearance on two counts of a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 11:30 a.m. onJune 7. Thomas also appeared on a failure to file a written arraignment charge. The public defender’s office will continue as counsel. The arraignment hearing is rescheduled for 9 a.m. on May 31. Thomas is being held without bond on all charges.

• Tesa Lynn Nichol made an initial appearance on a child endangerment charge and a domestic abuse assault-first offense charge. Joel Waters appeared as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on June 13. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Michael George Ford made an initial appearance on a trespass-first offense charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 14 in Magistrate Court.

• Malinda Cruz Bautista made an initial appearance on a trespass-first offense charge and on a warrant for trespass-first offense charge. Cruz Bautista pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the first charge is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $354. The fine on the second charge is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $97 in court costs for a total of $396.

• Daevon Andreas Morgan made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order charge. Taylor Reichardt is appointed as counsel. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 14 in Magistrate Court. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Akolda Mayat Arou made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-second offense charge, a driving while barred charge, an open container charge, a stopping on the paved portion of the highway charge and a driving under suspension charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on June 13. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on June 2. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Dontavius Salvatore Griswold made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge and a driving while barred charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel on the theft charge and a pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 14 in Magistrate Court. The preliminary hearing for the driving while barred charge is set for 9 a.m. on June 13.

• Alexandeer Reian failed to appear on a public intoxication charge and an open container charge. The court found Reian guilty on both charges. The fine on the public intoxication is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75. The fine on the open container is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $354.

• Marcus Ruben Castillo made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Castillo will hire his own counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court.

• David James Stoner made an initial appearance on a driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended charge and a failure to obey a stop sign charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 14 in Magistrate Court.

• Dustin Lee Carmer failed to appear on a driving under suspension charge and a no insurance charge. The court found Carmer guilty on both charges. The fine for the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine for the no insurance is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75.

• Dorival Butch Anderson made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. Butch Anderson pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the speeding charge is $55 with a $8.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $118.25.

• Indira Navil Salguero Guzman failed to appear on a driving under suspension charge and the court found her guilty. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Brittany Kae Ring made an appearance on a harassment-second degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on June 13. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Ashlynn Suzanne Branan made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Branan pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

The fine on the speeding charge is $30 with a $4.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $89.50. The fine on the no insurance is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75.
