• Matusalen Madrigal Roman made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-second offense charge and on a warrant for failure to appear for a pre-trial conference charge. The preliminary hearing for the domestic abuse charge is at 5:30 a.m. on May 12. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. The pre-trial conference is rescheduled for 9:30 a.m. on May 31 in Magistrate Court. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Justin Daniel Brekke failed to make an appearance on a driving under suspension charge and on a failure to obey a traffic control device charge. The court found him guilty on both charges. The fine on the suspension charge is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the traffic control device is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25.
• Jairo Gomez Rosales made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a no insurance charge. A pre-trial conference is set at 9:30 a.m. on May 24 in Magistrate Court.
