• Carlos Valentin Don made an initial appearance on a burglary-second degree charge. The public defender's office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on May 15. Bond is set at $10,000 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Jake William Waterhouse made an initial appearance on a harassment-first degree charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. on May 15. Bond is set at $2,000 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Lisa Marie Nauman made an initial appearance on two counts of a driving under suspension charge and an operating a non-registered vehicle charge. Nauman pleaded guilty to the driving under suspension charges and the fines are $250 each with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50, each. The non-registered vehicle charge was dismissed with court costs of $55 assessed.
• Andre Allen Young made an initial appearance on a trespass charge. Young pleaded guilty and the fine is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $354.
• Cahleb Stephen Fricke made an initial appearance on an eluding charge, a reckless driving charge, a passing contrary to highway sign or marking charge, a failure to obey a stop sign charge, a failure to display registration plate charge and a no valid driver's license charge. Taylor Reichardt is acting as counsel. The preliminary hearing is waived.
• Laura Jean Busick made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on May 24 in Magistrate Court.
• Angel Marie Ferch made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 10 in Magistrate Court.
• Christopher Lane Goodman made an initial appearance ona driving under suspension charge. Goodman pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Bradly Ronald Backus made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Backus pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
