• Jesse William Jones made an initial appearance on two counts of a possession of a controlled substance-first offense charge, a harassment-third degree charge and two counts of a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel on the possession charge and the harassment charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on May 18. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. Jeffrey Hazen will continue as counsel for the contempt charge. The contempt hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 22. Bond is set at $1,000 cash. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Ryan George Minteer made an initial appearance on two counts of a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 11 a.m. on June 7. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.

• Raysal Salom made an initial appearance on a child endangerment charge, a domestic abuse assault-first offense charge, an interference with official acts charge and a public intoxication charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 18. Bond is set at $3,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
