• Robert Anthony Ascher made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 19. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Cora Edna Marie Mattingly made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-second offense charge, a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a false identification information charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 9. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Jhesie Aaron Hill made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. The contempt hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 12. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. a new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Kirk Robert Williams made an initial appearance on three counts of a violation of probation charge. Aron Vaughn is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.
• Samantha Marie Rix made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Meegan Keller will continue as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. on June 21. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.
• Cheyenne Adrian Tyon made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Tyon pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $203.70 in court costs for a total of $324.45.
• Nyonbiah Taryon failed to appear on a no insurance charge, a speeding charge and a driving under suspension charge and the court found him guilty on all charges. The fine on the no insurance is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75. The fine on the speeding charge is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $175.75. The fine on the driving under suspension charge is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Tony Michael Black made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Black pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Teresa Nadine Lavender made an initial appearance on two counts of a theft-fifth degree charge and a fraudulent practices-fifth degree charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 21 in Magistrate Court.
• James Watson Boyd III failed to appear on a driving under suspension charge and the court found him guilty. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Rylie Jordan Underhill made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 21 in Magistrate Court.
