• Jeffrey James Krupp made an appearance on two counts of a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearings will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Krupp is being held without bond.

• Stephen Dakota Gabriel made an initial appearance on a prostitution charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on June 19.

• Jesuomar Rodriguez made an initial appearance on two counts of a domestic abuse assault-second offense charge, a false imprisonment charge and a obstruction of emergency communications charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on June 9. Bond is set at $3,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Honeida Elizabeth Fernandez made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a no insurance charge, a fraudulent use of registration charge and a operating without registration plate or card. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on June 19.

• Ricardo Velez Jr. made an initial appearance on a voluntary absence from custody charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on June 9. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.

• Cody Henry Lee Brisson made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 14 in Magistrate Court. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Madison Diana Weese made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety.

• Austin Allen McDanniel made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.

• Omar Agustince Gonzalez made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. Agustince Gonzalez pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension charge is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The speeding charge is $30 with a $4.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $89.50.
