• Sanry Namelo made an initial appearance on a trespass-first offense charge and a providing false identification information charge. Namelo pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the trespass charge is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $354. The fine on the false information charge is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Martel James Pushetonequa made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-first offense charge, a violation of a one-way designation charge and an open container charge.The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 27. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
