• Ronald Wayne Gohring made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is waived. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Nathan Thomas Lucas made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for arraignment charge. Lucas is ordered to file a written arraignment.

• Anthony Roderick Allbee made an initial appearance on an extradition request from Wisconsin. An order quashing the warrant from Wisconsin was received and the defendant was released.

• Cameron Dominique Patton made an initial appearance on two counts of a violation of probation charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The probation evocation hearing is set for 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 16. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety on one count and Patton is being held without bond on the other count.

• Anthony Ray Johnson made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Taylor Reichardt is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 11 a.m. on Aug. 16. Johnson is being held without bond.

• Jessica Marie Catron made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 9 in Magistrate Court.

• Annie Kay Thorne made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Thorne pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Ryan Bennett Peak made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on July 26. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.

• Alfredo Ramiro Rico failed to appear on a driving under suspension charge and a no insurance charge. The court found him guilty on both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the no insurance is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75.

• Jose Antonio Acosta Ruiz made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. Acosta Ruiz pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine for speeding is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $175.75.

• Leandro Morejon Ojito made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-first offense charge, a violation of a one-way traffic designation charge and a no valid driver’s license charge. Aron Vaughn is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 8. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
