• Jerome Marquez Lang made an initial appearance on two counts a burglary-first degree charge, a domestic abuse assault-impeding the flow of air or blood charge, a domestic abuse assault-display or use weapon charge-first offense, a domestic abuse assault-injury or mental illness charge, a stalking charge-violation of a no-contact order, a stalking charge- dangerous weapon, a harassment-first degree charge two counts of a child endangerment charge, two counts of a false imprisonment charge, four counts of a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge and a violation of probation charge. Jennifer Frese is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing on all the new charges is set for 9 a.m. on Aug. 7. Bond is set at $25,000 cash. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Lang is being held without bond on these charges. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Court. • Anthony Lynn West made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge, an interference with official acts charge and a no insurance charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on Aug. 17.

• Amador Guevara made an initial appearance on a trespass-first offense charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 16 in Magistrate Court.

• Loise Harold Makyambe made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-first offense charge and a operation without registration charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on Aug. 7. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

Makyambe was also seen for a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. The contempt hearing is set for 2:30 p.m. on Aug. 2. Jennifer Frese is appointed as counsel. Makyambe is being held without bond. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Travis James Bunn made an initial appearance on an assault charge. Bunn pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Maria Guadalupe Sanchez Vasquez made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 16 in Magistrate Court.

• Andrew Scott Grandstaff made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a driving under suspension charge and a no insurance charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on Aug. 17.

• J. Gonzalo Martinez Martinez made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-display or use of a weapon-first offense charge. Aron Vaughn is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is waived. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Teresa Kay Oliver made an initial appearance on two counts of a theft-fifth degree charge. Chris Clausen is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 30 in Magistrate Court.
