• Manuel Salvador Nolasco Ayala made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing has been waived. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Robert Anthony Ascher made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for arraignment charge. The public defender's office is appointed as counsel. The arraignment hearing is set for 9 a.m. on Aug. 28.
• Phylicia Marie Quincy failed to appear on an operating without registration charge, a no insurance charge and a driving under suspension charge. The court found her guilty on all charges. The fine on the operating without registration is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50. The fine on the no insurance is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Dylan Michael Aswegan failed to appear on a driving under suspension charge and the court found him guilty. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Adolfo Fabian Cisneros Gonzalez made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on Sept. 5.

• On Tuesday, Aug. 15, Manuel Nolasco-Ayala, 42, was arrested for domestic abuse assault-first offense-causing bodily injury.
• On Tuesday, Aug. 15, Tyler Kinkade, 30, was arrested for theft-third degree-shoplifting.
