• Scott Edward Blair made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Blair pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Ashanty Garcia Ortiz failed to appear for a rabies vaccination violation charge. The court found him guilty and the fine is $110 with a $16.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $186.50.

• Melissa Sue Bane made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Stephen Allison is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 20 in Magistrate Court.

• Zachary Steven Bolar made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The public defender's office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 12.

• On Tuesday, Aug. 22, Scott Blair, 46, was arrested for public intoxication-first offense.

• On Tuesday, Aug. 22, Douglas Davis, 29, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Tuesday, Aug. 22, Kayla Schrader, 30, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of firearm or offensive weapon by a felon.

• On Tuesday, Aug. 22, Jennifer Frese, 42, was arrested on a warrant charging her with harassment-third degree-communicate.
