• Luis Ledesma made an initial appearance on a warrant for failure to appear on a public intoxication charge. Ledesma pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $9.75 surcharge and $284.90 in court costs for a total of $359.65.
• Emmanuel Dehzih Kparyea made an initial appearance on a pre-trial release violation charge, six counts of a burglary-third degree charge, a possession of a controlled substance-first offense charge, a burglary tools charge, a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and an unauthorized use of a credit card charge. Pre-trial release was revoked. Bond is set at $10,000 cash. The preliminary hearing on the new charges is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 28. Bond is set at $2,000 cash. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
