• On Friday, Sept. 1, Raul Alas, 18, was arrested for theft-fourth degree-theft from motor vehicle.

• On Thursday, Aug. 31, Charles Loudermilk Jr., 55, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Thursday, Aug. 31, Hector Leon Tunchez, 26, was arrested for sex abuse-second degree-child.

• On Thursday, Aug. 31, Alaina Queen, 33, was arrested on a warrant charging her with violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court.

• On Thursday, Aug. 31, Skylar Allen, 24, was arrested on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• On Thursday, Aug. 31, John Lodge, 23, was arrested on a warrant charging him with possession of methamphetamine-first offense.

Sept. 1

• Raul Elias Alas made an initial appearance on a theft-fourth degree charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 21.

• John Wine Lodge made an initial appearance on a pre-trial release violation. Bond is set at $1,000 cash. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set at 1 p.m. on Sept. 8 with the jury trial scheduled for 9 a.m. on Sept. 21.

• Skylar Edward Allen made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Allen is being held without bond.

• Hector Manuel Leon Tunchez made an initial appearance on a sex abuse-second degree charge and a posssession of drug paraphernalia charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set at 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 11. Bond is set at $25,000 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Charles Lloyd Loudermilk Jr. made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Loudermilk is being held without bond.

• Rian Ray Popejoy made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Popejoy pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Two 15-year-old boys made an initial appearance on a curfew violation charge. They both pleaded guilty. The fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75 for each charge. In lieu of the fine and surcharge, the court allowed for 10 hours of unpaid community service to be completed by Nov. 1 along with the payment of the court costs.

• Lisaann Newton made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 20 in Magistrate Court.

• Shelene Kate Balderas made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 20 in Magistrate Court.

• Tyler Joe Birkness made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 21.
