• Jordan Scott Parker made an initial appearance on three counts of a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearings will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Parker is being held without bond.
• Jeremy Ian Roberts made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing is set for 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 17. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Tyler Scott Kinkade made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-second offense charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is waived. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
