• Kinsey Panky Gordon made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a sentencing hearing charge. The sentencing hearing will be rescheduled by the District Court. Bond is set at $10,000 cash.
• Marcos Venegas made an initial appearance on a use of a dangerous weapon charge and a person ineligible to carry charge. Taylor Reichardt is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 23. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.
• Nicolas Fransisco Lucas made an initial appearance on an assault causing bodily injury or mental illness charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 2.
• Alonzo Reyes made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge and a speeding charge. The preliminary hearing on the driving while revoked charge is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 2. Reyes pleaded guilty to the speeding charge and the fine is $120 with a $18 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $193.
• Dawn Dorthy Young made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 1 in Magistrate Court.
