• Darnell Wade Lamere made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing is set for 11 a.m. on Nov. 20. Lamere is being held without bond.
• Manuel Corona Patlan made an initial appearance on a theft-first degree charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on Nov. 6.
• Andrew Charles Stengele III failed to appear on a dog at large charge and a rabies vaccination violation charge. The court found him guilty on both charges. The fine on both is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge on each and a court cost of $60 for a total of $301.50.
