Arrests
• On Wednesday, Oct. 18, Natasha Cain, 34, was arrested for theft-third degree, robbery-second degree, obstruction of emergency communication, criminal mischief-third degree and assault causing bodily injury-no intent.
• On Wednesday, Oct. 18, Ericberto Torres, 26, was arrested for trespass-first offense.
• On Wednesday, Oct. 18, Julie Rodriguez, 66, was arrested for domestic abuse assault with a dangerous weapon-first offense.

• Jerome Marquez Lang made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing is set for 10:30 a.m. on Oct. 30. Lang is being held without bond. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Ericberto Torres made an initial appearance on a trespass-first offense charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 8 in Magistrate Court.
• Julie Ann Rodriguez made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-display of use of a weapon charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on Nov. 8. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Natasha Lee Cain made an initial appearance on a robbery-second degree charge, a theft-third degree charge, a criminal mischief-third degree charge, a obstruction of emergency communication charge and an assault causing bodily injury charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on Oct. 27. Bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety.
• Archie Ernest Jochims made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Jochims pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
