• Joshua Allen Bendickson made an initial appearance on a trespass-first offense charge, a voluntary absence from custody charge and a probation violation charge. The public defender's office is appointed as counsel for all cases. The preliminary hearing on the new charges is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 12. The probation revocation hearing is set for 11:30 a.m. on Oct. 30. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.

• David Loranzo Peppers made an interference with official acts charge and a failure to obey a traffic control device charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 25 in Magistrate Court.

• Salvador Magana made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. The public defender's office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 20.

• Tychique Bondo Lukusa failed to appear for a speeding charge and a driving under suspension charge. The court found him guilty on both charges. The fine on the speeding charge is $30 with a 44.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $89.,50. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Juan Manuel Saldana Diaz made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Taylor Reichardt is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 25 in Magistrate Court.

• Maria Teresa Chavarria Alcaraz made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The pre-trail conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 25 in Magistrate Court.

• Mung Khai made an initial appearance on two counts of a striking fixture on a highway charge and a reckless driving charge. Khai pleaded guilty to all charges. On the striking fixtures charges the fines are $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25 on each charge. The fine on the reckless driving is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Kenny Johnson made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-second or subsequent offense charge. The public defender's office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 20. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• On Sunday, Oct. 1, Shalane Ironshield, 37, was arrested for trespass-first offense.
