• Tasia Breean Casteel made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-first offense charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Taylor Reichardt is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 17. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Adam James Needs made an initial appearance on a voluntary absence from custody charge. The public defender's office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 9. Needs is being held without bond.

• Clifton Dale Howell II made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 17. The public defender's office is appointed as counsel.

• Mary Ann Rensch made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Rensch pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Alexander Rene Concepcion Rivera made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 22 in Magistrate Court.

• Jonathan Lee Robinson made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Robinson pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Randi Lea Mendyke made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a trespass-first offense charge. Mendyke pleaded guilty to the drug paraphernalia charge and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75. The pre-trial conference on the trespass charge is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 22 in Magistrate Court.
